5K service - 1st for vehicle The oil change/filter change went off without a hitch. HOWEVER, recall problem DIDN’T! The tech ‘fried’ my radio (recall) which included all audio & c The oil change/filter change went off without a hitch. HOWEVER, recall problem DIDN’T! The tech ‘fried’ my radio (recall) which included all audio & camera - very disappointing. Not sure whether tech was certified or not. But, the service desk (Randy) was very very respectful & informative. Worked on my concerns & got questions resolved with the new system enroute - 5 days turnaround. More
