Good but not great I had a good initial greeting from my web request and meeting the salesman was also good. I was more a little more knowledgeable on the car I was look I had a good initial greeting from my web request and meeting the salesman was also good. I was more a little more knowledgeable on the car I was looking at than he was, but they have a lot of vehicles to learn. My disappointment came when setting down for the negotiation of pricing. The salesman came at me with the sticker price and not even the web price of the car I came in about. From there it took 3 more trips to the sales tower for him to get that I wasn't going to accept the sticker price and it needed to be at least the web price before proceeding. Once we agreed on a number things went fine from there. Financing was smooth and delivery was as expected. Didn't get my tank of gas that I asked for, but by that time I was running late for my daughters softball game, so I didn't mention it. Upon later inspection of the car I noticed that the rear entertainment system was missing the headphones and the remote, and upon calling the dealer was told I would have to pay for them to be replaced because I signed for the car "as it sits". To which I'm not willing to pay the exuberant cost for a set of headphones and a remote. More
