Absolute worst experience we have ever received at a dealership. It took them 7 weeks to fix our car and in that time we received little to no communication. The entire time we were told our car was b dealership. It took them 7 weeks to fix our car and in that time we received little to no communication. The entire time we were told our car was being kept inside including the day we picked it up, after we had walked in and saw it parked outside. When the car was left it was immaculate and when we picked it up it was filthy and had bird droppings all over it. Which anyone knows ruins the paint. After this experience we contacted the general manager who did not even care enough to return our call. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this dealership. The only person who even tries to be helpful was the night receptionist who did her best to assist us at no avail. More
