Went in today just to look at vehicles. Salesman James was great!! I explained to him exactly what I would want in a vehicle and the cost I was willing to pay. Poor Quality Work, Dishonest Management Took my new 2019 Tahoe Premier Plus with 11K miles on it in for hail damage repairs totaling $6,998 with an insurance company estimated 10 days to re Took my new 2019 Tahoe Premier Plus with 11K miles on it in for hail damage repairs totaling $6,998 with an insurance company estimated 10 days to repair at the end of April. After 70 + days in the body shop, 7 separate phone calls indicating my vehicle was repaired only to come down and determine my vehicle was not repaired, I picked it up on 7/15/20 after management had determined the car was repaired. I am now left with a new vehicle with buff marks and scratches throughout that will need a new paint job to restore the paint to the new condition it was in prior to dropping it off at this dealership for repairs back in April. I have informed management of my grievances and have asked management to walk the vehicle with me so I can point out the areas of damage on two separate occasions with management refusing to do so. I brought my vehicle in for an estimated $6,998 worth of repairs and I left with a vehicle needing an estimated $8,000 to $10,000 worth of repairs to repaint the vehicle. I do not feel I was treated fairly throughout this process and I feel that management was dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
