The overall experience was great, especially considering I was buying a new vehicle. Everything was very cut and dry—no xx that you might get at some dealerships. Since this was a custom order, I was honestly expecting the worst, but Adam stayed on top of the entire process, along with Hector and Manny. I went back later to have some components added, and that experience was just as smooth. It took minimal time, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mike, the customs manager, was very cool to work with and had the Jeep in and out exactly as expected. More

Kraig has done a great job in handling issues that were caused by the dealership and not noticing a oil gasket that wasn't replaced during a routine oil change.
