Sales and Finance are great, Britney and the team is caring and knowledgeable unfortunately that's where the good things about this dealership ends. If you need any service after the sale you better fin caring and knowledgeable unfortunately that's where the good things about this dealership ends. If you need any service after the sale you better find another dealership. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with the service advisors will not call you to inform you of anything communications with this place is non existent unless you call Rams customer service and they call them for you. Waited for months for a loaner vehicle for a warranty repair once they had one service advisor wanted to know if I still wanted the oil leak fixed after I had set everything up with Britney she had no clue what even she was doing. After 3 Terrible experiences with them I've learned my lesson they are good to buy a car from but Do NOT use their service department. More

Can I give more than 5 stars? My experience with Jim Glover in Owasso and Ryon was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. I was in and out and there was absolutely no gimmicks along the way Glover in Owasso and Ryon was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. My son and I had his truck online for sale, Cargurus, Facebook, Craigslist. He gets a call from a buyer with Jim Glover Dodge. She makes an offer, he counters, she accepts. She tells him to get a 10 day Facebook, Craigslist. He gets a call from a buyer with Jim Glover Dodge. She makes an offer, he counters, she accepts. She tells him to get a 10 day off from the bank, send these documents, a check will be sent, and then arrangements will be made to pick up the vehicle. We live in Iowa so I made a couple follow up calls to verify, during this time she replies back, " Sorry I didn't get approval and that's to far, you'll have to bring it to us? Not even a, hey we can meet in K.C. or something as an option. Classic old bait and switch, they don't send someone to pick up you vehicle out of state, but they sure will fill you full of crap up to that point!! More
