I took a Jeep in to have the a/c fixed on Sept. 5th. i told the service advisor the compressor was brand new but was not getting power to it . They diagnosed the problem as they said the wrong comp 5th. i told the service advisor the compressor was brand new but was not getting power to it . They diagnosed the problem as they said the wrong compressor was installed and needed to be replaced. They kept the vehicle for another three weeks and told me I need to have the cooling fans replaced. That still did not fix why the power wasn't coming on. The service advisor at that point said she was getting the service mgr involved. A day later they called me and told me they had replaced a sensor which was faulty. I'm out $2000 because they mis diagnosed what was wrong with the vehicle in the first place and just tried to see how much they could stick me for. I would never use this dealer again for service or to buy anything new from them. More

They diagnosed the system and told me the wrong compressor was used and said i needed to replace it. I told them to go ahead after they assured me that would fix the problem. Then after three weeks they called and said i needed a new cooling fan for an additional $200,00. that still did not fix the problem and the service advisor said she was getting the service mgr involved. I think they got another technician to check the vehicle and then they found out there was a bad sensor. that fixed the problem. I'm out $2000.00 because they could not diagnose the problem correctly. Would never use this company again for service, nor would i ever buy a veicle from them. More

They sold me a car and had me fill out paperwork and pay my down-payment. The day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle they called me and told me they had already sold it before I came in to look at my down-payment.
