Issue started with an extended warranty that was purchased through Glover when I purchased the truck. The warranty company dragged their feet on approving the repair since the work required to comp purchased through Glover when I purchased the truck. The warranty company dragged their feet on approving the repair since the work required to complete the repair correctly was quite extensive. Then it came time for the repair. Once approval was obtained parts were ordered and it was off to the slug races. Almost 2 weeks went by before the parts arrived and it took another week to finish the repair. Knowing that the part is arriving on Thursday they could get the car into the shop and start pulling it apart and be ready to go as soon as the part arrived. Did this happen? Nope!!! Now on to the reason for the 1 star review. I dropped my truck off to an exhaust manifold leak. Glover techs stated that the heads would have to come off to complete the repair correctly. The thing is that the truck arrived on April 1st went straight to the yard and was not touched until they were ready to repair it. The Cylinder head was never removed and they kept my truck for almost a month. They can try to claim that they pulled the head but my torque marks tell a different story! What they did not know was that I have a dash cam installed. When I dropped my truck off they did not take it into any of the service bays. They did not pop the hood, put it on a lift or anything else. They took it from the drop off area to sit in the yard from 04/01/2024 until 04/23/2024. During that time they could have ordered the parts since I told that that no matter what I would be completing the repairs. Instead due to them not having any concerns for anyone else's time or what is going in their life I missed my Aunt's funeral. They gave me the option to come pick up my truck, but with a serious exhaust manifold leak that was a dangerous option. More

My new Jeep Renegade 4x4 gave a front crash sensor flag (under 3k miles). Made an appointment and they had my vehicle over a week. I was frustrated. But Ashley kept in contact and let me know why it was taking so long. It was fixed with no charge. But to calibrate the sensor they put 100 miles on jeep. No refund of gas. I would give higher rating except for that, and the car sat for more than 3 days before being checked by technician. The purchasing was amazing above 5 star. Service after sale needs improvements.
