Thanks Chris Thompson for helping me get my Truck tire replaced as quickly as possible. I had a nail puncture the side wall which couldn’t be repaired and Chris ordered a new tire and I had it on the truc replaced as quickly as possible. My oil change and tire rotation took 2. 5 hours! My husband could do it faster. That said, the facility is spotless and offers free coffee, water, and hot chocolate. It also has comfortable 5 hours! I bought my 2013 Ford XLT new and have loved it since. I have taken very good care of it but when I had a software problem I contacted Jim Hudson Ford service center to fix it. My initial call for an appo I have taken very good care of it but when I had a software problem I contacted Jim Hudson Ford service center to fix it. My initial call for an appointment went smoothly as well as check in. A couple of days later I spoke to Paul and it was repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price. More
