Yes , they do have fees , however it’s fully disclosed online and guys out there always willing to help and work with you. Sales guy Kevin went over every feature of the vehicle and was very pleasure to work with. Finance lady Jeanne were extremely polite and explain every paper I’ve signed. Chris Leoni, the rep who I dealt with, was disrespectful and self righteous. I would sooner light $20,000 on fire than give this joke my money. They tried to pressure me into a deal and after I finally orchestrated something I deemed worthy they attempted to tack on an additional $3,000 fee for sone untraceable “security package”. I live out of state and wouldn’t need this but they refused to remove ‘upgrade’ so I refused to give them my money. More

Went to the dealership for an internet advertised special of 19,000 for used car, when I got there from the other side of town, they told me there was a $4,000 extra charge for Recon fee. Isn't a vehicle usu of 19,000 for used car, when I got there from the other side of town, they told me there was a $4,000 extra charge for Recon fee. Isn't a vehicle usually Reconed before it's put on the lot or listed. I was ask if i read the small print that states the $ 4000. Purchased a diffrent car 2 hrs later from another dealer . More
ARROGANT and IGNORANT. As such, I paid off my debts, sold my home and focused on what could be done to maximize the time left. This resulted in my becoming a bit of a ‘credit ghost’ in as much as I paid cash for everything. In hindsight, I should have retained some credit cards however I’ve yet to see a coffin that offers more than one direct deposit and never one that sees withdrawals whatever. This is where Jade Torres at the dealership comes into play. I’m now down to the wire on my date with fate; having maybe 18 to 24 months left. So over the next year, I plan on doing some road trips and as nice and comfy as my Range Rover is, it is, simply a beast on fuel. Decided buying a used Mini would be good for MPG (about 3x that of the Rover) while also offer something somewhat comparable to the supercharged fun of the V8 just in a smaller package. Found the Mini at this dealership. Didn’t bother to haggle and started the purchase. Applied for financing and was approved. This is where the proverbial pooch meets Jade Torres. I questioned the rate and was told it was at x as a result of the previously noted empty credit file. (The payment further inflated by Jade adding in a service contract i neither asked for or wanted) Jade relayed that my Experian credit score was x, to which I replied, no it is actually x + nearly 100 more points. I offered this info not from out my backside but rather from BEING AT THAT MOMENT LOGGED INTO EXPERIAN AND MY PERSONAL FILE WITH THEM. Are ya with me so far because here is where it gets good: Jade throws out a complete falsehood in attempt to brush the differences off. ‘It’s your automotive credit score’ that’s why it’s different. My what??? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN AUTOMOTIVE CREDIT SCORE. This, I can say quite confidently given 20+ years in finance and a degree in same. So that didn’t stick and what does Jade do? Doubles down on the lie and says ‘Your Experian score is x im looking at it now’. (Another lie) Remember the part about me being logged into Experian? Yeah. So I send Jade screen grab DIRECT FROM EXPERIAN which Jade says is ‘some app’. No, Jade. It’s EXPERIAN. So what does Jade do? Mind you that up to this point I had been completely civil with Jade. Jade decides the appropriate response is this direct quote: ‘’Nope I’m correct. I have sold cars for almost 10 years, I have a 780 score, own my home and have bought almost 20 cars myself. I’m 100% correct. Im not gonna have someone even with a xxx score and admittedly “thin file” tell me that I’m incorrect." Jade, I could care less about your 20 cars, your excessive real estate debt and your credit score it all precariously balances upon. Responding with that arrogant, childish, ignorant and insulting garbage is appalling. Had you been employed by the firm I owned back in the day and made such a statement, I would personally have escorted you out of the building without hesitation. But wait…Jade triple double downs it by trying to make some comparison about mortgage finance that they are even MORE wrong about. Just say anything and see what sticks; right Jade? WRONG. One would think that Jade might backpeddle a bit bit nope…double down again essentially saying I’m not going back and forth I can sell the car to anyone. We hadn’t gone back and forth. Jade only went forth with being totally dismissive. But it gets even better: The information Jade was so smug about? Not Experian. It’s actually FAIR ISSAC and Company. A score and company COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN EXPERIAN. So thank you Jade and whoever didn’t train you at the dealership to be civil and give factual information for making what would have been my last and most important auto purchase Jaden into such an insulting and horrible spit upon the grave I’m not even in yet. Dictatorship not Dealership! Horrible experience. I am a 68yrs this ordeal was exhausting and they made it hard to keep up with. I found the car on the internet, great price and Horrible experience. I am a 68yrs this ordeal was exhausting and they made it hard to keep up with. I found the car on the internet, great price and with fee my within my budget. Sent a message to confirm availability and made an appointment for next day. I was to see Chris, internet sales, he passed me off to Mike. We took the car for a test drive, Mike was busy texting. Mike disappeared and returned to sell me a package that included catalytic converter theft and key loss for $4500. I said, No Way and this is covered under my current car policy and the car has 2 keys and the key loss is only for 1 year. Then he “TOLD” me, I “HAD” to buy the add on if I wanted the car. He said this is how the dealership recoups their losses. What the dealership looses or gains is not my concern. What about my losses? For all the money I’m spending covering everybody else’s losses? Not only can’t he say what I’m buying, there’s nothing he can say to make it seem a little bit worth it. I’ll bet not everybody who buys a car there, is told they have to buy this package. It’s only mandatory for whoever the dealer chooses. Nobody could feel good about buying an unexplainable add on package for a ridiculous amount of money. I was going to leave and of course that’s next to impossible. Mikes going back and fourth returning with this guy and that guy, is just another way of keeping you in state of confusion, I was so mixed up at this point, I forgot about getting answers on what that $4500 package included, along with any other questions I had. What was a great deal just keeps getting worse. Mike offered to drive me to the bank to get my down payment, he only did this because he knew if I left I wouldn’t be back. Next I was told my interest rate in 8.9%, and that’s the best they can/will do. Signing the paperwork he was trying to sell me the extended warranty, I told him since I hade to pay for a package I didn’t want or need, there was nothing left for a warranty, which HAD I BEEN GIVEN THE CHOICE, I would have preferred.the warranty, so another fiasco, shoving paper after paper, sign here, initial there, pulling it away before you can even see what’s on it, shoving another in front of you. They had my drivers license, knew my age and knew they had worn me out and I couldn’t keep up any longer and I still had a 2 1/2hr drive home. I looked at the paperwork the next morning, while Mike had no problem telling about any other increases, he failed to say anything about the price, the advertised price was $3744. Less than what I was charged. He knew i was shopping on the internet, since it was the guy from the internet that passed me over to him. With add ons and price I was charged, I paid almost 40K for a 2021 Kia Soul. I’m alone and didn’t have anyone to take with me. If your a senior citizen don’t go alone. I’m going to do all I can, writing letters to the Attorney General, these sails tactics have to change for seniors A person should at least be given a choice when it’s mandatory to buy an add-on, not just one that’s pre set by the dealership. The dealership choice will be a package that is more profitable for dealership. Seems there a lot of reviews with the same complaint and nothing has been done about it, That’s too bad. I want to warn you about a situation i just recently had with Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep.Took my vehicle in for service the same vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. When it came time to pick up the vehi with Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep.Took my vehicle in for service the same vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. When it came time to pick up the vehicle i was told that i need front pads and rotors and with labor and parts it came to a little more than $4K. The car is still under the 3/36 and i purchased their top of the line MOPAR warranty but none of issues are covered under either warranty. This was on 2/20/23 and i went and spoke to management and one again stated its not covered so the manager asked is the breaks making any noise or does the steering wheel or car shake and the answer to both was"NO" I was told by this manager that then you don't need brakes and he would speak to service but i have no idea what was discussed. I received a copy of the work needed and after i spoke cooperate they gave me the run around. I then text the service department and asked for a copy of the work needed and this was only a few days later. This second copy of the work needed was totally different. The only thing they stated need was the cabin filter and air filter. I won't throw anyone under the bus by name but i was told they were trying to upsell me. With that being said"whom do i believe or trust?" Save yourselves some pain and take your business to a different dealership because somebody is not being honest. Once they get your hard earned money they just move onto the next victim. For this situation one(1) star is too much...Stay away from this dealership because they will outright LIE to you More
