Horrible I purchased a vehicle in May 2015 just to have my life in jeopardy 2yrs later. Due to Jim Marsh not doing a recall and pushing me away. This experienc I purchased a vehicle in May 2015 just to have my life in jeopardy 2yrs later. Due to Jim Marsh not doing a recall and pushing me away. This experience was the biggest mistake of my life they never fixed my car, lied over and over and sold my car without my permission I hate this place.I wish I could rate lower than 1. They cost me thousands of dollars and owe me thousands of dollars ..Pure scam artist do not go here. More

Amazing Experience and Great Staff! Walking into Jim Marsh Kia was a breath of fresh air! After having a negative experience at a different car dealership earlier in the week we were hesitant to continue the car buying process, but Michael Phelps greated us immediately upon arrival and was incredibly friendly and attentive. After a quick discussion, we were able to test drive the vehicle of interest with no hassle. It was very apparent that Mike and his team valued our business and were most concerned with getting us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. The team listened to our concerns and worked with us in detail to get down to our price point, all in a very low-pressure situation. They also have an adorable Cockatiel bird named Oliver in the lobby that is incredibly enjoyable to watch as the time passes! Mike made sure we understood every part of the negotiation process and went above and beyond to get us into our dream car! Financing was a breeze, Sean was incredible and explained everything in easy to understand terms. They even helped us pair our phones to the car and review all the electronic features before leaving the lot! The atmosphere was low-pressure, friendly, and you can really feel that they value your business. 10/10 would buy a car from Michael and his team again, and highly suggest you go check them out if you’re in the market! Nightmare My 20 year old daughter purchased her first car from them in August 2018. We live in Alaska so were not able to go help her. She assured us she had My 20 year old daughter purchased her first car from them in August 2018. We live in Alaska so were not able to go help her. She assured us she had it all figured out.......She purchased the car at full sticker price and they talked her into Gap insurance and a service contract. Adding an additional 3,200 on to the car. The lender (Wells Fargo) allowed her to finance the car for more than it even appraised for! Long story short she could not afford the car and working with the lender we found out that the dealership Jim Marsh Kia had to take off the GAP insurance and the Service contract as required by law if requested. Once we requested they refund to the lender we started getting the run around. Krista at Jim Marsh stated that they paid the taxes in WY for the car which was near the value of the GAP and Service contract, of which they could not produce any proof of and I have NEVER heard of before. It has now been 4 months since we requested the refund to the Lender for the GAP and Service Contract and they will not return calls. We are waiting until those are reimbursed by the lender to sell the car at a loss to get her out from under it. Bottom line know what you are doing if you go into that place because they will try to screw you out of every dime you have. This issue is STILL not resolved. My daughter made a mistake by being talked into a car she could not afford. She is taking ownership and not defaulting on the loan but trying to get out of it. It would be nice if Jim Marsh would take some ownership and fulfill their responsibilities as outlined by law. Update Paid back GAP insurance....well part of it still shorted us $85.00. More
