I went to this dealership for a covered warranty recall. I was told that I would get a rental, however when I turned my truck in I was told that there were no rentals available and no other options were av I was told that I would get a rental, however when I turned my truck in I was told that there were no rentals available and no other options were available. This has happened to me at other chevy dealership and was allowed to rent a car from a rental company and I was reimbursed. So I went and rented a baseline Kia Seltos and when I turned in the invoice to Jim Nortan I was haggled with. I was offered a fraction of the money that I spent. When I asked why they were not paying the full amount it was because the car that I rented was not a Chevy. I mean really? There is some other details to this whole interaction, but I don't want to put them all out on here. A rental vehicle was owned, and they will try and haggle with you if you go outside of one of there vendors; even if the vendor doesn't have a car available. Just a heads up about how this place handles service complaints. Also.... When we got the truck back none of the blinkers worked. We took it back and they had a rental available this time. Here is the kicker.... it was a KIA !!! More

When I brought my truck in yesterday and walked in, nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the ad nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the additive when my car was finished I paid $100 for an oil change. Which is fine if it’s done correctly get in my truck to leave and it is shaking and not running right then as I pull that onto the road check engine light comes on and three other dash lights come on and I have a message on my council. I had to turn around and come back when I walk back in. Nobody wanted to help the lady thought it was more important to have a conversation with her coworker instead of helping a customer then a man just stands there keeps looking at me in the corner of his eye, not saying anything, but as soon as an old lady walks in and walks up to his face, he asked how could he help her and he helped the lady then continues to stand there and not say nothing to me so I asked to speak to a manager oh what do you know? Yeah how can I help you? He says so the service manager wanted to help all of a sudden when I asked for a manager when I’m standing there for minutes, not wanting to say a xxxx thing to me. Then he wants to blame it on. Oh well let’s just look at the codes and see what it is. We just did an oil change on it. He takes it back and still wants to bring it back and try to make it like oh maybe it was because it didn’t have no gas he don’t know, but they reset everything. Your service manager is very rude disrespectful I will never bring my truck back in there and I will also not bring cars that I have or will never purchase a vehicle from you. Your service has went to xxxx. This isn’t the first time that we’ve had problems with your company we get overcharged or you don’t explain things or you don’t do what you’re supposed to do. You don’t bring a truck in for an oil change perfectly fine with no dash lights on not shaking but then leave and everything goes wrong and you get blamed for it. Jim Norton has went down the drain and it’s sad that I had to waste time all day sitting there because you couldn’t do your job right and that’s why I take it there and pay the outrageous prices because I thought being a dealership you would know what the xxxx you were doing so bad review I give you a zero out of 10 and I will be putting this on Google to let everyone know how you treat people. If you're smart you wouldn't choose this dealership. I recently got a used vehicle from them. It was a nightmare from the start. They had me come up there saying the vehicle was ready for purchase. I ge I recently got a used vehicle from them. It was a nightmare from the start. They had me come up there saying the vehicle was ready for purchase. I get up there and the vehicle is still going through inspections!So I had to wait about 3 days before it was through with inspections. I test drive it and the radiator hose has an hole in it. So it takes them another 3 or four days to fix. So I go back test drive it again and pay my down payment and sign the papers and leave with the vehicle. I get a call about a week later saying the bank not wanting to finance the vehicle because apparently it didn't have some of the features they thought it had. So the salesman calls me and says I have a truck bed cover I want to give you. Come to find out that was one of the features that the bank thought it had and they thought it had a truck bed liner which it didn't! So they give me a mat to put in it, not to mention the truck cover was the bottom of the barrel. So we get that squared away. Now I get another call, by this time I done had the truck over a month now, saying the bank not going to finance the truck because when they called to verify employment, which I thought they had done that before giving me the keys and letting me leave with the vehicle. They said that my previous employer stated that I hadn't worked there since November which is false! But instead of them asking me to verify if I was employed there at the time of me purchasing the vehicle they informed me that I hadn't worked to return the vehicle! Basically saying it's my fault! I had informed the car salesman that the reason I was getting a truck was because I was going into business for myself, which I can also verify! So now that I'm going to be without a truck I can no longer fulfill my obligations to my customers. They basically said oh well it's not their problem and they shouldn't have to compensate me for my lost wages once again pointing the finger at me saying it's my fault! Just because they or the bank didn't verify my employment before moving forward with the sale of the vehicle! I have a signed contract! Now let that sink in. Because if the situation was reversed and I had the truck over a month ago I couldn't call them and say I no longer want the vehicle and want my money back! I'm going to talk to lawyer and see if this is legal and if I'm obligated to return the vehicle! Because like I said I think they dropped the ball not me! More
