The dealership does not take care of a problem when you make a purchase. This directed toward the new car manager. We purchased a car from the showcase floor, only to notice a defect in the windshield. How make a purchase. This directed toward the new car manager. However , we can’t get it taken care of because the new car manager and the guy that works next to him will not return our calls or email us the forms to cancel some warranties. I spoke to the guy a week ago. We have been trying to get this situation resolved for 2 wks. More
