I was in a bit of a car bind during the wait and he secured a rental car from Toyota at a reasonable price for me, with no work on my end. He did not rush me through any part of the process and spent his time helping me learn the car at point of sale on a Friday evening. Besides the car, that I LOVE!, he was the best part of the process! More
