I purchased a used vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota and was informed that the A/C system was functioning and that the vehicle was equipped with Apple CarPlay. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped functio informed that the A/C system was functioning and that the vehicle was equipped with Apple CarPlay. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped functioning properly. I later learned the system appeared to have been temporarily charged with refrigerant rather than repaired. I also discovered the vehicle was not equipped with Apple CarPlay as represented and had to pay $300 after purchase to have it enabled. I contacted the dealership three times, including within 8 days of purchase, requesting assistance. Unfortunately, no help or diagnosis was provided. This experience was disappointing given how soon these issues arose after purchase. More

Robert worked our daughter, as they test drove RAV 4 and Highlanders. We really wanted the blind spot on the car. He looked up the years we should be looking for. The on Halloween, the 3 of us went and saw Robert. Needless to say, she and her dad decided on a new RAV 4, it fit her back really nice. Then husband kept looking at the Highlanders, then on 11/11 the had a pretty red hybrid, we were waiting for the blue one. Test drove the car, drove to the one daughters house, she liked it. (we were waiting till January to buy a car). we did purchase the Highlander. Robert backed up the Avalon to the Highlander and transferred all my scrapbooking stuff in the back of the car! and there was still room for other stuff. Husband really likes the way it drive and is excited about the movie camera! He is reading the manual to make sure we know how to work everthing. Things went pretty well. Bought a Toyota Corolla from Jackson. He is patient and easy to work with. It is still a long process, which is difficult with kids.
