I communicated with my Salesman, Andrew R. initially by phone. We hit it off immediately. I essentially chose and purchased my car through phone calls and text messages. I live in a neighbo initially by phone. We hit it off immediately. I essentially chose and purchased my car through phone calls and text messages. I live in a neighboring state, over 400 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership, Andrew was waiting outside. He immediately took me to the car and we went for a test drive. Everything was exactly as I expected. After initial paperwork was completed, Andrew took me to the parts department to order seatbelt extensions and to the service department to clarify some questions I had. What a welcoming and friendly group of employees. It did not take long before the Finance Manager was ready. Signing paperwork was quick and electronic. Although I was buying a newer year of the same Toyota make and model, Andrew made sure my phone was connected and I understood the many features of the car. I can definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. More

I can’t recommend Jim Norton Toyota enough. I purchased from out of state and they accommodated me up untill I drove off the dealership. Gibson, AJ, and Brandon made the entire process as smoot I purchased from out of state and they accommodated me up untill I drove off the dealership. Gibson, AJ, and Brandon made the entire process as smooth and pain free as possible. AJ even picked me up at the airport. I can see why this dealership had award after award in their showroom! Manny was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease when picking out my car and really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Jose in finance was ho comfortable and at ease when picking out my car and really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Jose in finance was horrible and extremely rude, judgmental and pushy in all the worst ways. Went back to Zachary in finance and he was so much better and professional and easy to work with.
