I would like to add that Randall Horton my salesperson was wonderful and tried to do everything he could to rectify the unethical sales practices that brought me into the dealership yesterday. I will also be finally a Better Business Bureau complaint. More

Sometimes I feel it’s not about "customer care" but all about the selling more and more. If I say "no" to something you don't have to get someone else to try to convince me to buy it. No is no! So you don't need to keep telling why I need it once I have said no!!! Also before I got my new car I would receive numerous phone calls about my last car, "We want to buy your car back" "We have a great car for you, come in and see me" etc. I did NOT appreciate the dealership phoning MY WORK place and asking for me. More

Wilford Friday and the Jim Norton Organization I want to send a BIG "Thank-you" to sales associate "Wilford Friday"! We were looking for a particular vehicle at the Jim Norton dealership and were I want to send a BIG "Thank-you" to sales associate "Wilford Friday"! We were looking for a particular vehicle at the Jim Norton dealership and were blessed enough to get Wilford as our associate! We were 7 hours from the dealership and not looking for a long, drawn out process at a dealership. Wilford was very professional with great phone skills. He got us to the numbers we were looking for, the money we wanted (sight unseen) for our trade-in before we left the house on a 7 hour journey! When we got there he had the vehicle washed and ready to go! All we had to do was go for a test drive! Wilford was very enjoyable to be around and made us feel comfortable immediately! The process was very quick and smooth which we appreciated because it was a 14 hour round trip. Wilford Friday is a great asset to the Jim Norton organization and I would certainly drive 14 hours round trip again to do business with him and the Jim Norton organization!!! Thank-you!
