I then took some time to review another dealership who had the truck colors/options I was looking for at the time. I just didnt get the same customer feel that I felt at JIm Norton and my brother-in-law reached out to Joel Andreasen for some advise and I ended up working with Joel on buying my first Toyota Tundra. After Bob worked his magic and we had made a deal, he then took us to Josh Casey who worked on the financial end of things for us. Josh was super friendly and an all around great guy.
