My experience with Darren and Kevin and Nick and Zach was exceptional. I was in the dealership several times and if one was not available the other was. I went to Jim nortan to find a car the got better gas millage. I had been in contact with Darren Playford before I came up to test drive a few cars, and he was very helpful and honest about everything. I millage. I bought a camry because he was honest with us and did not force anything on us. Also Sean Walsh was are business manger he did a great job explaning everything. My experience with Jim Norton Toyota started after I had researched used autos that I thought my daughter might be interested in purchasing. Jake & Josh made our entire experience better than anyone could researched used autos that I thought my daughter might be interested in purchasing. Jake & Josh made our entire experience better than anyone could have imagined. Not only did they both work all day to find the right vehicle and the right financing they were very respectful, accommodating, and made this not so fun adventure a pleasure. That being said, I had personally been ready to buy a new vehicle for a long time and just did not want to jump into the wrong situation. I had already done my research, 6-months long, and had an idea of what vehicles I wanted to look at and test drive. Once again, Jake was very accommodating at helping me find just the right one. I am not just talking about the make/model of the car but also with just the right features I wanted and the color. Example: I don’t need something to assist me in backing up nor do I need a sunroof that I will never use, but I do need a seat that will move every direction you can think of so that I am not in pain. I am also not an easy person to please when I am entering into a contract and between Jake and Josh they managed once again to satisfy and impress me. A little of my background so that you know I am not unfamiliar to car sales & business. I have been an Insurance Agent since 1993 and an accountant before that. My first 10 years in insurance were in personal auto/home insurance and then moved into commercial business; therefore, I have worked hand-in-hand with car dealerships for the last 19 years. When I tell you this was an excellent experience I know what and/or who I am recommending. They really listen to your needs in a vehicle and what you are looking for as far as financing. I personally feel that my daughter came out of Jim Norton/Toyota with a quality used vehicle and a week later I came out with a quality new vehicle. I purchased the new 2014 Toyota/Camry SE 4 cyl. I was a little apprehensive in choosing the smaller motor, but I have been driving it for a week now and I am still in love with it. Yes, the 4 cyl was my choice for fuel economy, not something I was talked into. It is not just Jake and Josh that made my experience with this dealership, it was the whole dealership. I love love love Jim Norton Toyota. I go there for everything whether it be an oil change or getting a new vehicle. I went in February 27,2014 hoping to look at a vehicle that was reasonably priced th everything whether it be an oil change or getting a new vehicle. I went in February 27,2014 hoping to look at a vehicle that was reasonably priced that had more room than my corolla, and with low mileage. I went in shortly after Jim Norton opened and was greeted by Thomas Hector, who helped me get into my corolla two years before. I told him what I could financially and he said hold on let me go get a car and see if you like it. I said ok. He drove a brand new 2014 Camry SE Sport around. I immediately fell in love. He told me he could more than likely get it within my budget. He had me meet with Kord Padilla in the financial department to see if it was possible. Kord told me Thomas said to treat with love and care, and that is exactly what he did. i could not be anymore satisfied. Both are amazing Christian men that truly want to help their customers. I was so happy. Long story short. I have a brand new, beautiful car that is safe for me and my daughter. I can't thank those two enough for all they did for me. More

I had a very good experience with this dealership and all the employees. Even though there were some kinks in my credit they worked all day to help me find something I could afford. They were very polite, well mannered, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for me, I can finally drive in a nice car that I feel completely safe! Love their service area where they deliver cars back to customers on schedule and have various TVS, great food, clean bathrooms, and the best cookies around, would like to see some of the cupcakes I have heard about though! Colten Barnaby was totally transparent with us and we shared the same belief which was a good start to our eventual purchase. When I told him what I wanted, I was very excited to find out Jim Norton had one on the north 40 lot, or whatever that huge area is known by! Drove it up to us and it was the perfect match. The negotion from start to finish lasted about 10 minutes, thanks Jerry Hoyt!!! Just wanted to let you all know that our neighbors from Ramona was there at the same type so the Jim Norton reputation is known in our area- Washington County. The dealership closer to our home does not have any customer loyalty as I recently had a very unpleasant experience with them trying to get my 84 year old Mom's car serviced. Toyota national in an email to me stated that they would most definately be contacting me regarding the recall issue for her car. Really? I am still waiting from early January calls made to them. Why they are being allowed to build that new building and dissapoint even more customers requires some careful examination from the national Toyota office.
