Zack has my vote for Finance- after the deal was agreed upon he took the time with us, made sure we understood everything. He really understood me and what I needed him to do. my experience at jim norton toyota was great I had never been to a toyota dealership before untill a friend of mine insisted that i check out the tundra trucks since i was looking and i liked his truck i th been to a toyota dealership before untill a friend of mine insisted that i check out the tundra trucks since i was looking and i liked his truck i thought i would look but i have always bought a cheveolet products i figured thats what i would get in the end . well as the story goes i went to a toyota dealership by the broken arrow expressway and looked at the trucks and i liked them but no one would help me so i drove to 91st and memorial knowing there was alot of car lots out there and there was another toyota dealership named jim norton not ever being there i looked at the trucks and my son really liked a silver one that was there it was late at night so i called my friend and he said that he would call the salesperson that sold him his truck at jim norton and she would take good care of me well i was surprised ( at that time) that he knew who had sold him his truck since i had never had known who sold all the previous cars i had bought in the past i must say that laura morse has made the experience of buying a truck fun she was straight forward and honest and very helpful showing options on the truck and answering all of mine and my sons questions ( there was a lot ) we say hi when we take our truck to get the oil changed and she sends us e-mails to make sure our truck is running great and updatess us on what is going on at jim norton I will be a longtime customer now and recommond jim norton and laura to all my friends my son and i just went on a road trip to florida and the truck was great. thanks walter meisenheimer More

There was no high pressure sales pitch, he showed us the features and let us test drive the car, then he made us a deal and let us think about it awhile. After we decided to purchase the care he ntroduced us to Thomas Wood the business manager who was also very helpful and courtious he got us the best finaning and sold us an exended warranty I also thought we needed. To begin, Toyota makes a superior vehicle. For the last 5 years, Jim Norton provided service on our 2000 Toyota RAV4. Their waiting area in the dealership is extraordinary. After a wonderful five year track record with Jim Norton and service for our 2000 Toyota, we decided to trade in our American made truck, which was less than reliable. We purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with extra cab. Robert Blocker was our salesman and was top notch through the whole purchase. The past year of owning the Tacoma has been as we expected...Great. Great service, great performance. Follow up to purchase and service on our truck has been the best.
