Please go elsewhere. I bought a Toyota Camry five months ago and out of the five months I’ve had to bring it in three separate months for three different issues that should have been checked before placing it on the lot to sell. Multiple times I asked for the report where the battery was tested. I never received it. I paid $600 for a battery to get replaced. Then I was told I needed a belt replaced. There was no way that if the belt was still new that I used it up within three months. And now I’m being told that I need a new transmission. How is that possible? If they checked it all out before putting it out to sell why am I now needing a transmission? I don’t recommend this dealership to anybody please do not go here. More

Fast forward a year, and I was told that my extended warranty expires in April 2026, and the number was limited regardless. The finance manager no longer worked there. I spoke with the new finance manager and another sales manager. They said the boxes weren’t checked on the form I signed, and they would look into it. That all sales were recorded, and they would look into it. I never heard back. I finally got ahold of someone again. I recommended what I thought was a fair solution of reimbursing me for the $600 the plan cost me, and I would pay for remaining oil changes, or they could honor the verbal agreement their “previous” finance manager advised of general maintenance for length of ownership. Someone always says they’ll look into it, then radio silence. I would recommend Jim Norton to my worst enemy. I love them too much for that! More

I took my car to a Honda dealership and they couldn’t believe that I just purchased my vehicle. My car did not pass Honda’s inspection and Honda found a list of issues with the vehicle; there was an oil pump leak, the car had a faulty sub relay box, both rain edges needed to be replaced, and the rear shocks were leaking. I had to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a vehicle I just purchased. In addition, their customer service, especially over the phone is horrendous. I was repeatedly transferred, told a manager would call me(they never did), and no one ever returned my voicemails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am considering taking legal action to hold Jim Norton accountable. More
