I was told in the beginning that I would have to. bring the Rav-4 back for a switch, if it needed to be replaced. Now I have to call and ask if that is still the case, because I wasn't told anything when I picked it up and the invoice is a little vague. More

The staff was very friendly. However, I was told on a previous visit that they would get to my vehicle faster if I made an appointment, as they take the appt customers first. Went in to get some recall and routine service done. Was not expecting much because Momentum had such terrible service and I dreaded even going back to Toyota. Joe met me at the check in and gave me a li not expecting much because Momentum had such terrible service and I dreaded even going back to Toyota. Joe met me at the check in and gave me a list of things that needed attention after there inspection. They found a water pump going bad and took care of it under warranty. He gave me a price for everything else that needed replaced. No pressure was given and he made the trip feel friendly and professional. He got what I needed done that day and on time. Best Toyota service I have had since I bought the truck. More
WOW!!!!!!!!!! Went to rotate tires and get shade for window. The cost was higher than I had been told several months before. Jeff covered cost of the entire part but it was a discontinued item. I wanted a used Venza which I couldn't find in the Oklahoma area. Momentum Toyota advertised one on their website that was exactly what I wanted. It was in Texas. It took a week for them to get the car to Oklahoma on a car carrier. By this time I had been without a car for 4 weeks and was anxious to get another one. When they unloaded the Venza, the car carrier damaged the roof with a scrape and a dent. The odometer reading and the description of the car didn't match the car that came off the car carrier. The car delivered was in better condition. I wouldn't buy a car that was scraped up so it was sent to the body shop for repairs. 2 weeks later, the car was ready and I went to pick it up. The roof skin had been replaced and it looked good as new. I purchased the car at a fair price. A few weeks later I noticed the edge of the windshield looked chewed up. Then a crack appeared on the inside of the windshield. When I took the windshield to be replaced at Safelite, they told me it was a stress fracture and the chewed up edge was a sign that the windshield hadn't been replaced correctly at the body shop. I felt like this dealership walked all over me. The amount of time it took them to deliver a car in good condition to a cash paying customer was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or their body shop. More
We went in to buy a used CDC and left with a new Toyota. Barry has got to be the greatest salesman we have ever dealt with. He is easy going, fun, and was a great help. Mr. Hill hooked us up with Aaron Duffy who is a super great person in finance and was quick, friendly, and sincere. Super great visit..... Highly recommend!!!!! More
