I love the loaner so much. I decided that I wanted to purchase a vehicle like the loaner car. This is where my experience went downhill. I explained to the sales person that I wanted this particular car like my loaner. He first started showing me cars on their website after again. I repeatedly told him what I wanted. I then explain to him that I needed to know the numbers of what my trade-in value was and what was the final price of the car that I wanted to purchase he kept assisting that he had to follow a strict guidelines. I explained to him that all I needed was the numbers and then I could purchase a car. He proceeded to bring a vehicle out for me to look at. I explained to him I did not wanna look at the vehicle. I wanted the numbers. I explained to him that I don’t test drive a vehicle Until I purchase it. He kept assisting that I had to go look at the vehicle and sit in it to determine if this is what I really wanted keep in mind I’m buying the same vehicle. I already have just a newer model. I kept explaining to him that all I need is the numbers I don’t need all this. I need to know what my trade-in value was on my vehicle. I told him when I needed it on the trade-in he kept assisting that he would get me those exact numbers after an hour. He finally comes back with the numbers. There are nowhere close to what he said he could get me and what I wanted. I finally got really upset and tired. Told him to give you my my keys. He said something to the effect of he knew I was not gonna purchase a card. Keep in mind that I bought my car from just snarky and wanted to get them repeat business, but because of this horrible experience dealing with this particular sales person. I will just go purchase a car somewhere else. They need to start teaching yourself people that when a customer knows what they want. Just do what the customer ask there’s no set schedule. There is no set steps. You have to go to the purchase a car. I’m very disarmed is the worst car experience I’ve ever had. More
As a former Cadillac employee with over 20 years of experience, I expected better. We found a Cadillac XTS online that this dealership had recently traded for, and while the salesperson was courteous, experience, I expected better. Unfortunately, management doesn’t seem to prioritize honesty. After negotiating a fair price, we encountered an issue when it came time to finalize the purchase. The manager added an undisclosed fee—about $1,000—which effectively erased the discount we had agreed upon. This kind of tactic feels classless, misleading, and ultimately damages trust. This is exactly why so many buyers are turning to brands like Lexus—people are tired of the bait-and-switch approach. Transparency matters, and had the manager simply stated upfront that this was additional profit necessary to make the deal work, I might have been willing to proceed. However, the lack of honesty left me questioning the dealership’s integrity. I have no doubt there are great employees at this dealership, but the way the sale was handled at the top level left a lasting negative impression. It felt like a “gotcha” moment rather than a professional transaction. If you’re considering making a purchase here, Sadly, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Buyer beware. More
I would not recommend this dealership. Very dishonest people working there. I had been told over the phone car was in excellent condition and the tires are a "two" according to the local tire place, The sales person was going to work on this and has put me off for two weeks and today announced we are done. I still cannot find out why the tires are this bad to begin with as the car only had 35k miles and the sales person says they passed inspection. What kind of inspection would pass these tires. I called corporate after trying to get answers from management and they refused to return my call, I definitely would not recommend them. Horrible customer service! More

I would avoid this place at all cost and find a Cadillac dealer outside of Georgia because every Cadillac dealer in Georgia is trash. I would also like to express my deepest and most sincere regrets that I have spent a minute with Goggins because he is the epitome of what this dealership is a waste of time and they do this as a profession. Don't fall for there games, lost customer for life and I make sure I TELL EVERONE I KNOW abut how horrible they treat ther customers after they sell them a vehicle . More
I was searching for a Porsche Cayenne with the Diesel engine and one showed up at Jim Shorkey Mazda Cadillac in Gainesville. I submitted an inquiry and I was contacted next morning ( on a Sunday , even t engine and one showed up at Jim Shorkey Mazda Cadillac in Gainesville. I submitted an inquiry and I was contacted next morning ( on a Sunday , even that the dealership was closed) by Faith Stein. From there on, the whole process was a smooth ride, they accommodated my requests and Faith picked me up from the airport ( more than 1 hour away). The vehicle was better than described, I was out the door in a little bit over one hour with paperwork in hand, tank full and car fully detailed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Faith and her team and who knows, maybe we'll cross paths again! Kudos to her! More
It seems like the new ownership finally has a great service team set up. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager Lloyd and the Service Advisor, Shannon for many years at other s service team set up. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager Lloyd and the Service Advisor, Shannon for many years at other stores and have never had a bad experience. Fast forward to this week, I came in for my first service and received the attentive care and communication I have gotten for years. I really hope that this service excellence influences the Sales and Parts departments to clean house and do better. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. More
