There was not any further attempts...and that post was almost a month ago. Would love to know what your further attempts were? Did you find out why car was sitting there for 4 days without being looked at because it had to stay in the "cue" or the fact you only had two people that could "do the work" but car needed to stay there longer to stay in the "cue" You wanted me to come up to you to discuss things that you has not.even researched...take time.out of my day to explain how terrible your service department was? I should ha e had my son report his car stolen since there is no proof it wad released..to the proper persob..hmmm. Do your job and stop replying to save face...post a real solution or a real attempt to resolve..that would be nice
