LOF and inspection Excellent. Greensboro Tire had installed new tires two days prior and said left front bearing was bad, making noise. They also said the ball joints, Excellent. Greensboro Tire had installed new tires two days prior and said left front bearing was bad, making noise. They also said the ball joints, both sides, needed replacing. Your inspector found no such discrepancy, even after I specifically reported those complaints from Greensboro Tire. What am I to think about these diverse inspections? Who is right? Friendly and Proffesional I had stopped in to check out the inventory and was welcomed to the dealership by Randy Wright. From the first moment I was treated with respect an I had stopped in to check out the inventory and was welcomed to the dealership by Randy Wright. From the first moment I was treated with respect and courtesy, Randy shared several of the vehicles that were in the dealerships used truck inventory, but there was not one on the front line that fit my needs. He took the time to ask several questions and then offered a solution which involved a truck that had recently been traded in and had more miles than the dealer generally kept in inventory. However, for my needs it was perfect! As we sat to discuss financing options, I shared that my credit rating was not that good, as my wife and I had some medical problems and consequently had large debt. We were assured that the dealership would work with us to the best of their ability. Within a short period we were taken care of by a reputable lender and we drove our New (used) truck home. Overall it was a pleasant experience with everyone talking with us and helping, not judging us! I would highly recommend Jimmy Britt to everyone and especially our great sales person, Randy Wright!!! Service sucks Simple & short the service sucks I been here 3 times and the wait time is unbelievable. The 1st time I waited about 3 hours just to get a light fixed Simple & short the service sucks I been here 3 times and the wait time is unbelievable. The 1st time I waited about 3 hours just to get a light fixed on my car with an appointment scheduled. 2nd time because its closer than going to Lawrenceville I went in to replace the throttle sensor & they kept my car for 4 days the part suppose to have came in on Friday then it went to Saturday then it finally came on Monday but still didn't get my car until Tuesday morning. 3rd time probably 30 days after I takes it back to get the throttle sensory fixed again no charge and they keep my car for 4 days again & they fixed the throttle pedal sensor which I had to pay for because it wasn't covered under warranty which was $285 so they gave me a discount I ended up paying $234 because of the inconvenience. I will not be going back unless the throttle sensors mess up in 30 days. More

Disappointed Emails and calls everyday till they had my money and not one word since. I did not go to the dealership because it was too far for me to drive. There were many questions I could have used help with but had to ask for help elsewhere. Would have been nice to have had a call to see how I liked the car and were there any questions.
