I got a new car!! I was always a little skeptical to go to car dealerships because of the pushiness of the sales people. However, Kasey, Michael , and Scott made the process so easy! They were friendly, patient, and very informative while my husband and I looked, drove, and inquired about vehicles. We were thrilled with the selection the dealership had! We went to test drive a few cars on a Saturday and worked some numbers because of the ease we felt with the team. Because of the awesome environment and their willingness to get the price and payments where we could handle them we purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander the following Monday (What a great way to start the week)! I definitely recommend shopping at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet for you new and used cars! More

Between a Rock and a Hard Place! Due to unfortunate vehicle malfunctions lately, we were put in a position where we *had* to purchase a vehicle. With a baby on the way and a long commute each day, not having reliable transportation simply wasn't an option. Trent, Brandon, Scott, and Kasey worked hard Saturday evening to make sure they were able to find us a car with a workable finance option. We walked away Saturday with a car we were satisfied with. When I came back Monday to finalize a few things, I was told there had been some changes. The team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to renegotiate our payments and interest with the financing company. Even though it didn't benefit them in the least, they were able to drop our interest rate and, in turn, our payment--by almost $100 a month. This was after we had already settled on a deal, so they did this out of their own character and integrity--not simply trying to close a deal. We are thankful that the Lord allowed us to work with Jimmy Britt and would do business with them again in a heartbeat. More

Once they realized he was serious, Bob starting checking out Impalas and enquiring as to whether they had the one I wanted. Sure enough they did, he phoned me and I raced over and went home within 90 mins with my own, very beautiful, state of the art, top of the line 2015 Impala LZT. I love it, cannot believe it's mine and so sorry Jimmy for taking your two day old Impala, as it had been brought in for you. Great deal, great people and thank you all for a wonderful experience and deal. Justin, Kasey, Josh were all terrific, doubt they had ever encountered such an excited and shocked new car owner, but darn, it was great and still is. More

Wonderful, helpful people to deal with. Our salesman, Josh Stroh, was very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. The one he found at another dealer was sold before he could get it, but Our salesman, Josh Stroh, was very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. The one he found at another dealer was sold before he could get it, but he quickly found another one for us just like we wanted. Because of the change in vehicle the VIN was not correct on the loan papers and they took care of that for us, too. Plus, they were fun to kid around with while getting the work done as soon as possible. Very nice people that I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to buy a GM vehicle. More

Out of a bad deal and into a good deal I travel frequently with my job so I traded in my Ford F-150 and purchased a GMC Terrain Denali in Stuart Fl. Shortly after the purchasing the Terrain I travel frequently with my job so I traded in my Ford F-150 and purchased a GMC Terrain Denali in Stuart Fl. Shortly after the purchasing the Terrain my traveling was minimized. I am a truck man and the staff at Jimmy Britt worked on getting the best deal ever and getting me out of the Terrain and into a 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71. Even after 6 years of bankruptcy they still got me 2% financing! I love the small town feel! More
