I was supplied with one key initially. They finally gave me a second key a month later. They did not explain that I could purchase a service contract and now my change the timing belt ind They finally gave me a second key a month later. They are nice enough but have questioable business practices. More

My experience purchasing my 2019 GMC was awesome! I appreciated the constant communication from Jason Harald and Tony Smith after I expressed interest in the truck. Tony was out of the office, but st I appreciated the constant communication from Jason Harald and Tony Smith after I expressed interest in the truck. Tony was out of the office, but still graciously answered all of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Jason did a fantastic job of making sure I was taken care of from the time I arrived on the lot till the moment I drove off in my new truck. When I arrived, the truck was thoroughly cleaned and in front of the store ready to be test driven. This saved time! I really appreciated that my time was respected in terms of not taking so long for the buying process. I had an obligation to get to that afternoon, and I did not have 4-6 hours to give up to purchase the truck. Thanks to the buying team, I was in and out in under 2 hours. To top it off, I received a phone call from Jason yesterday just to check on how things were going. This extra step shows you guys really care. Great job! More
