We had the most wonderful, relaxing service experience at Jimmy Britt. Marco Bisogno, Manny and Elker Perez (Managers), plus Stephen from finance were excellent. Marco and his team did everything for us remotely. He kept us updated every step of the way by text and phone. Marco seemed honest and reliable, quickly building trust, offered us an amazing level of service and kept his word about helping us solve our imminent transportation problem. He was extremely attentive and he listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. The team demonstrated excellent vehicle knowledge and entirely focused on the vehicle we needed as opposed to trying to sell us something else. Both Elker and Marco immediately called to congratulate us, once the deal went through. There was no drama, no fuss, no hassle. We had our new 8 passager Suburban delivered to our home the next day, on time, to the minute! We are delighted to recommend Marco and his team at Jimmy Britt. Experience was troubling as I felt pressured into placing what I was told was a non-refundable $1000 deposit for a new vehicle in transit, if I chose not to purchase the vehicle on arrival. I placed a depos what I was told was a non-refundable $1000 deposit for a new vehicle in transit, if I chose not to purchase the vehicle on arrival. I placed a deposit on another vehicle after the vehicle I was interested in and discussing with Brandon get sold out from under me within 45 minute because of the deposit? I later learned that this non-refundable deposit is not enforceable without a contract, but appears to be a selling tactic. The Suburban I ended up purchasing is nice and may be better in the long run, but I did end up spending about $5,000 more than the first vehicle. The communication at this dealership is poor. Even after I placed a deposit on the Suburban I was called by the dealership asking me about buying a vehicle? Really? Even today, I was called about my tag and the issues they were having that I believed was resolved on the date of purchase 3/31/22. The bright spot was Jason Herald. More
