Let me start off by saying Carolyn Molina was awesome. She hasn’t been there long so she needed a little help from Levi Crumley. So now to the REAL review. So when I get there to pickup/scope the truck up, it was not clean. Then I noticed that the oil and fuel filter was due for a change. They should’ve had it clean and the service done. They claim it was a CPO vehicle, to my standards it wasn’t. I guess they have different standards than I do. Front right fender has been repainted and not a very good job, IMHO. They lost the spare key and told me that they would look for it and mail it to me. A week went by and I haven’t heard from them, so I call, they tell me that they will call me back. The next day they called, telling me that I need to come back down there, I live 2-1/2 hours away, they tell me that I would have to go to the local dealer and have them order it and pay the difference of what they allow and the local dealer charges. NO! I had them call and get the price of what the local dealer charges and told them they need to pay for, since they lost it. Here it is day 32 and no key yet. More

Elker did a great job. I had fun on the test drive and Elker was knowledgeable about the car. Enjoyed talking with Nathan in finance as well.
