She was very responsive, knowledgeable and persistent in follow up and communication (I only had telephone/text access for short periods of time each day due to lack of service in area I was in). Love my new Laramie 2500 Mega Cab ... she succeeded in getting it completely black except for red letter for Heavy Duty and Cummings Turbo Diesel.
