We purchased a truck in April 2021. It came from another lot of their not local. Arrived signed the contract and that part went very well with everyone we came in contact with treating us exceptionally. A w lot of their not local. Called the dealership told them what was going on and they worked it out and took care of it. Now 6 months later apparently the transmission has gone out. Seriously?!? A 21 point inspection was “performed” missing a birds nest and faulty transmission? I think not. We did purchase an extended warranty, the largest coverage available, and this time dealing with the service department has been horrible! Their technician is condescending towards women and told me “ma’am I don’t want your vehicle here anymore then you do”. That’s not what I asked. I wanted to know when they would at least LOOK at the problem. Not be pushed off from this person to another only to be told we don’t have time. Well I don’t have time to deal with this situation either unfortunately I have no choice bc we need it operable to get him back and forth to work etc. I’m beyond disappointed with this dealership’s service department. Wow Jimmy Britt… did you sell us a lemon? Was the warranty a waste, as it seems, bc no one knows who to contact or “what is covered” under it. Let me tell you what’s covered. EVERYTHING FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER! Make it right by YOUR customer. More
