BEWARE !!! They may have a good sales department, but their service department is a joke !!! The back glass in my Ram was leaking into my headliner. I took it in back in April. The parts didn't come in u their service department is a joke !!! The back glass in my Ram was leaking into my headliner. I took it in back in April. The parts didn't come in until the end of May. I was told to bring my truck in and they would give me a loaner. I show up and no loaner, wasted trip. I live an hour away. Lucky for me there was a person from their service department that lived near me, and met me with a loaner the next day. Three weeks later I get my truck back. The headliner didn't look quite right, but it was in and secure. A week later it rained and I noticed another leak in a different place. I called back and spoke with the service manager and told him about the leak. I also told him about the headliner not looking right. He said " I'm glad you called, that's not the right headliner. Your headliner is here." So, all I had to do was bring it back and leave it again. However, the following week was 4th of July week, and they didn't have enough techs to do the work. Me, trying to help them help me offered to wait another week until we went on vacation. I wouldn't need a loaner, and they would have 2 1/2 weeks to fix my truck. I called them the Monday after returning from vacation, the person I spoke to told me, "they're under your truck finishing up right now. The other service adviser will call you back." Of course I wanted to know why someone was under my truck when they were supposed to be working on my back glass and headliner. That guy didn't have a clue. The problem was they didn't put my truck on the schedule to be worked on. I needed a way to pull my boat that weekend, so I asked to "borrow" my truck so I could pull my boat. When I got there I saw that my truck HAD NOT MOVED FROM THE SPOT I LEFT IT. WITH A LEAKING BACK GLASS. I used my truck for three days and took it back. Then they had an inexperienced tech replace the back glass. I told them I was not taking it because it looked terrible. It was not even and you could see the black caulk that was pushed out around the edges. They finally gave me a loaner. Today is 9/22/21 and they have had my truck since 7/8/21, not counting the 3 weeks they had it in June. They do not reach out to me, I have to contact them for updates. I just want my truck fixed !! The service department is horrible. They will lie to you about having done any of the paperwork. We have an extended warrant that we paid good money for and getting f them to file the claim is horrible. It about having done any of the paperwork. They need to take pride in their dealership and it is evident they do not. This is the second time we have had to deal with them and stay on them to do their job. Customers are not important to them. I was greeted promptly by Quinten and felt his genuine interest in my reason and concerns for bringing my truck to JBCJDR f recent visit a good one.
