Sales always comes down to the little things, and those have been lacking. Went to see the car after seeing it on the web sight, only to be told it was actually at a different location. Was told they wou have been lacking. Went to see the car after seeing it on the web sight, only to be told it was actually at a different location. Was told they would have it moved here for me to see it and set a 1030 appointment for the next day. Was on my way for the appointment when I was called and told the wrong car was delivered and they would let me know when it would arrive after the were able to locate drivers. Finally arrived at 3. Liked the car and bought it. Now I am waiting on the spare key, it is where ever the vehicle was originally, been 4 days so far. Also asked for a price on carpeted floor mats and still haven't heard anything. Today I noticed that its been 4000 miles since the oil was changed so I will more than likely have to have an oil change before I even make the first payment. As I said its the little things that make a good sell and happy customer. More
