All it takes is a little common courtesy (not so common any longer). Just be truthful about wait times and mistakes. I've taken two vehicles in for maintenance. One is a used vehicle purchased back in July with a bad A/C. Supposedly fixed the day after purchase and was told that that was it, no more "covered" maintenance due to it being used. If it were truly inspected prior to being sold, it wouldn't have needed repair at all after purchase. More
