I have been coming here 3 years with my 2018 RAM 2500 diesel and service is excellent since Bubba came on as manager. The waiting area is huge, comfortable, and spotless. After you have made an appointment you will get a reminder that explains everything they will do AND the total expected cost. Well the finance department confused me. . my credit score showed lowed than expected and this was weird. I know the scores do not always align based of when the reporting agencies update but . my credit score showed lowed than expected and this was weird. I have started researching this... so far both other companies show much higher scores than the dealership showed. I am going to do additional research and if this is proven there is a mistake I will expect there to be corrections. More
