I apologize, I don't remember the finance gentleman's name as I only met him that day but he was equally easy to deal with and warm and cordial. I live in South Florida so these guys are quite a ways away at least a 6-hour drive. Nonetheless, I was treated with respect. I felt comfortable even before I got there based on my telephone and email discussions prior to arriving. Everything was as they said it would be. No last minute additions to the paperwork to try hustle for extra profit etc. In addition to that, they saved me quite a bit of money (about 6K compared to greedy local Florida dealers for a nicer car and the same trade in) compared to shopping locally. They gave me top dollar for my trade which is a recognition of the level of maintenance I consistently do to my vehicles. Getting great respect, honesty from dealer, and saving money are the ultimate hat trick. I would not hesitate even for a second before recommending them to others. I was honest and upfront about my needs with them, and they were honest and upfront about whether or not they could meet them. They met my needs and more. Hats off especially to Brian. They respected me, and they respected my wallet. It doesn't get any better than this. More

I would recommend to anyone going to Jimmy Britt in Statesboro to purchase a vehicle to see Brian Napper. As for the service dept and other management I cant say as much. I bought the extended warranty with the vehicle and had a problem with the drivers side DRL a couple of weeks later and then the passenger side a week after that. I went back and got with the service dept on it and they were going to get with the warranty company. That's was 5 to 6 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from anyone regarding the situation as of today ( 8/31/2026 ) More
