Waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Service had no oil and had to go out to get it elsewhere. No one told me that. The mechanic broke something to do with the fuel filter mount. Three days later we're still waiting for the parts to be ordered to fix what the mechanic broke. The service writers are great the service department as a whole is the problem. Every time I bring my truck for service I average 3-4 hours just for an oil change l, tire rotation, and balance. Saturday I was late for a 2pm funeral and I was at the dealership at 11:30 to get my truck serviced. The dealership finally gave me my warranty information so I can contact the warranty company and see about taking my truck somewhere else to get it serviced. More
My transmission is bad but they said my vehicle is good with no problems. They have already worked on the transmission before. And it only has 11,000 miles on it but it was in the shop a few months after I had it for transmission issues. Incase you are wondering what kind of vehicle it is. It is a 2023 Jeep Rubcon 4XE I don’t recommend getting one. Nothing but problems. I will never get anything that is half gas and half electric period. More
