Everyone was super nice! The work was done reasonably quick. The new dealership and facilities were top notch. There were only two knocks, one being the iron barricades that protect the entrance drive i quick. The new dealership and facilities were top notch. There were only two knocks, one being the iron barricades that protect the entrance drive into the service department being to close to where people are opening their car doors and the lane not being wide enough to avoid slinging your door into one. The other knock was the check in and check out area is not wide enough for customers to stand and others to walk behind them to get to other service desks and I was picking up at one desk but had to walk all the way down to another desk to swipe my credit card. I am like what? Overall experience was very good! More

I had my 21 Ram 2500 diesel serviced. Fuel was spilled all over the engine bay to the point it was still dripping on the ground. The vehicle's fuel system was not appropriately primed resulting in a hard all over the engine bay to the point it was still dripping on the ground.
