Bought a used truck from Jimmy Britt and within a day noticed the truck continuing to get worse and worse with throttle response which created dangerous situations when I pulled out into traffic. I called them when I got back from vacation (2 weeks later) and they generously offered to take a look at it, I’d most likely be able to fix it myself but I just needed to know what was causing the issues. They looked at it for about 3 hours and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong except maybe was a fuel pump issue but they told me they were guessing and it’ll be 1k...Seriously?? Told me to bring it back so they could have it for a couple of days. The reason for my 2 stars is I guess because they tried but I would recommend bringing it to a more well round dealership when it comes to diagnostics and service/repair. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase 1 new/1used from them and I continue to be let don’t buy these guys. More
