I usually shop around for a deal but apprehensively decided to call my past salesperson ( Bill Powell ) and tell him my expectations. A return call fifteen minutes later from Bill and few minor details decided to call my past salesperson ( Bill Powell ) and tell him my expectations. A return call fifteen minutes later from Bill and few minor details locked in and we had a deal. Arrived at the dealer that evening and and after a thorough orientation on the new vehicle, amenities and GM programs relative to the new lease and we were on our way in a little over one hour. With Covid19 exposure minimized and a new lease locked in, it was a vey positive experience. Thank You Basil Chevy. More

Outstanding! My recent visit to Basil was for yearly maintenance and inspection. I did not have an appointment, but was immediately directed to the service department. I have never been pressured in a maintenance and inspection. I did not have an appointment, but was immediately directed to the service department. The sales person I bought a car from called me every single day when I was deciding on buying the vehicle and then did not contact me even ONCE after purchasing my vehicle. And then 3 months after purch single day when I was deciding on buying the vehicle and then did not contact me even ONCE after purchasing my vehicle. And then 3 months after purchasing, I get an email that says (copy and pasted): Hi [CUSTOMER FIRST NAME], I sincerely hope that you have been enjoying your new Kia [VEHICLE MODEL]. It has been 3 months since your purchase, and your first oil change is FREE! He literally couldn't take the time to add my name and vehicle model in there, let alone follow up with me after purchasing? Other dealers that I have bought from have ALWAYS followed up and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and experience. This guy did literally nothing but take my money. I would not recommend this place. More

V opinions. But I’m the type that doesn’t believe till I see it. I’m giving basil Chevrolet 5 stars. I dealt with Matt Newton, and he was a good guy. Very understanding and worked with me till the point I got the payment I needed and can afford. They were amazing to the point they paid off my remaining lease and was still able to do a true 0 down payment. I will be coming here again for my next purchase. Anyone reading bad reviews don’t be discouraged, might sound cliche but never judge a book by its cover. More
