i WENT IN FOR ENGINE LIGHT ON AND ROUGH RUNNING. iT WAS DIAGNOSED QUICKLY AND REPAIRED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY IN A TIMELY FASHION. i WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE RECOMMENDED CLEANING OF MY INTAKE ON THE ct DIAGNOSED QUICKLY AND REPAIRED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY IN A TIMELY FASHION. i WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE RECOMMENDED CLEANING OF MY INTAKE ON THE cts THAT ONLY HAS 22,000 MILES AS I THOUGHT IT WAS AN "OVERKILL" AND NOT NECESSARY ON A RELATIVELY NEW CAR. Mr. hauge did not pressure me and understod my statement and i appreciated his response immensely, instead of him warning me of what may happen if i did not get it done. I need an oil change but did not get it at Joe bullard because it is way too expensive versus other good quality oil change places in Mobile. Came in because window was stuck; had an extended warranty for repair. When it was time to leave with vehicle, I not only had to pay the deductible which is expected, but also had to pay a miscellan warranty for repair.
