She answered all my questions I had about the car and eliminated all reservations I had about buying online. Curtis Williams handled the whole paperwork process and went above and beyond to get all pre-visit paperwork to my home in the Birmingham, Al. area without tipping off my mom that she was getting a car, being that all my business mail is sent to her address. Curtis was on site at the dealership when I arrived to pick up the car in Mobile and walked me through the remainder of the process. He was hospitable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to meet. He made me and my girlfriend feel right at home and met our every need. He honored everything he said he would do before I arrived and everything was in perfect order when I arrived. Thanks to Curtis I was at the dealership less than 30 minutes and was quickly on the road with my mom's new car. Not to say that a longer stay at the dealership would not have been enjoyable as the atmosphere at the dealership was very comfortable, relaxed, and the furnishings were plush.
