Took my old car in for service. Kevin was very honest with us on the cost , When we realized it would be better to purchase a new car we looked around the showroom. Leonard approached us. My husband doesn't like to be pressured by sales personel. It was raining out and the car was in the front of the dealership. Leonard drove it around where I could look at it out of the rain. He kept talking to me and sort of left Jerry alone-which was good. He didn't pressure us. When I got home I decided that was the car I really wanted and Leonard had been a great help. Jerry called Leonard and said to hold the car and we would be back the next morning. Someone was looking at the car. Leonard said he would call us back when he found out if it was still available. He called back right away. The next day we went back, by the time we got all the paperwork done and Leonard showed me how to run the car we were there almost 3 hrs. Leonard was very patient with me-going over everything. Ty came out and presented me with a new iPad-which you get when you buy an XTS. What a surprise. We were treated like Royalty by everyone!! My husband met Rich Borden on Friday. He looked at a few cars. We went back on Saturday and looked at two. Rich was very helpful, willing to let us test drive and look at any vehicles. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was given a free car wash , vacuum and my tires was done. I was given a coupon to use to get my cost to the price I was expecting it to be. 1) Customer Service should of been better in that I was thrown a few curve xxxxx after being or not being informed correctly. see follow on criteria. 2) Quality of paperwork seems to be in order , even thrown a few curve xxxxx after being or not being informed correctly. see follow on criteria. 2) Quality of paperwork seems to be in order , even though I thought I'd signed a few extra documents to correct others mistake. 3) Friendliness, of the staff I met, presented themselves to the customer with open arms, represented their organization very well. 4) Overall Experience was somewhat different at the end, vehicle not ready once all the documents are signed, then the customer is informed. 5) Price good, payments I am making are actually as if I was buying the car. Was informed that I'd be financing 36, instead of 42 months, negative equity I am sure. More

Kevin has always been cordial, thorough, and respectful when explaining what needs to be done and why.
