Horrible experience I read the reviews on this dealership and decided to give them a try. I chatted with an operator in the morning and told her what vehicle I was inter I read the reviews on this dealership and decided to give them a try. I chatted with an operator in the morning and told her what vehicle I was interested in and asked if it was still available (pre owned) I was told it was, so I made an appointment for 11am to test drive it, having had my vehicle break down on me I had to rent a car to get to the dealer which was about 40 minutes away, When I got there I was told that the vehicle was JUST SOLD, but not to worry because they had a few more very close in price and mileage , I said okay, what do you have, I was shown two more on the website and agreed that I would consider them, well after sitting and waiting around I was told, those were also sold that morning, Really ! The sales person seeing that I was very upset brought in the manager and he told me that some company came in and bought all those vehicles that morning but they had this other one that was only $8000.00 more. A much better deal, I didn't rent a car to travel 40 minutes away to by a $20,000 vehicle when I went there to see a $13,500 one. Sounds like BAIT AND SWITCH to me. I told them I had rented a car to come there and was very upset with their business practices and all I got was *Well I am sorry have a good day* Never in my life have I ever run into something so fraudulent as this place, I would never recommend them to anyone. I left there and went to West Herr and was treated with respect and honesty. I will be bringing my new vehicle home tomorrow.. More
