We work hard to maintain the highest training standards for our technicians, and have invested in the most current technology available in order to communicate with Chrysler on the most efficient repair process possible. Our Service Director personally met with Nicole in order to remedy the situation directly instead of handing her off to another employee. The Service Director then had our highly experienced mechanics examine her vehicle. Subsequently, he explained to Nicole that her pads and rotors had plenty of life left on them and were safe. Moreover, he explicated that her vehicle had semi-metallic pads and gave her three options to help her. He offered to (1) cut the rotors and put an anti-squeal chemical on the pads (at no charge whatsoever) or (2) cut the rotors and replace the pads with ceramic pads (no labor charge, she just pays for the pads) or (3) replace all 4 rotors and use ceramic pads along with adding an anti-squeal chemical (no labor charge she just pays for the parts) Nicole chose number 3 because she wanted all brand new parts. We had scheduled an appointment and ordered all of the rotors and ceramic pads. Unfortunately, she did not come in for the appointment. The Service Director personally called her on multiple occasions to reschedule to fix her situation, but she has yet to return his calls. We would 100% be more than happy to honor our commitment if she decides to come back to the dealership. We genuinely value each and every one of our customers and hope that Nicole returns, so that we can make sure that this gets taken care of and she's happy.

Mr. Braham, We are sorry that you have had the freeing issues with the tailgate of your Ram. We have done our best to resolve your concern, and have reached out to Chrysler for assistance. Unfortunately, at this time, Chrysler has not been able to find a resolution for your problem, although we have worked with them extensively in order to resolve the problem. While we do acknowledge that the problem is real, Chrysler has not been able to find an answer for the problem at this time. The General Manager, Service Director, and the Service Manager at the dealership have all individually reached out to call you in order to discuss the issue, and any of us are more than willing to speak with you about the issue, at your convenience. This dealership has claimed that they have reached out to me on this issue. I called them several times to leave voice mail and still no one responded. I have since taken my issue to another dealership where they have corrected the problem. Service at Cecconi was very poor. No communication. They did not want to be bothered....
