Actually went here by mistake, ended up going to the wrong dealership, but so glad I did. Chris Stevens was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Darnell was also helpful as well he was the first to walk up to me and greet me upon looking at vehicles. Chris was able to help me find the right vehicle after mine caught on fire after previewing a house for work. The process was very smooth and easy. It took 7 hrs for an oil change. I had to call to get them to do the oil change so I could have my car to pick up my kids. I had an appointment, but I dropped it off so I didn’t have to sit there. Notice came last year about a recall. I made an appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’ appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’t been done. I called and was told the part would take 2 weeks to come in, I made an appointment on 4/14/21. I receive 3 emails notifying me of the appointment . I left the truck at the service department between 7:30 and 8:00 on 4/14/21. We never received notice that it was completed so at 2:00 that day and was told it has not been worked on and I could leave it overnight or pick it up and make another appointment . I left it overnight and did not get any notification it was done all day. On 4/15/21. I called around 2:00 and I was told it was completed. I picked up my truck at 4:00. So I can’t understand the definition of an appointment.? With notices given , bringing it in on the time given and never being told about the delay. Very poor customer service. More
