He walked me through features of the truck I was interested in and answered all of my questions along the way. I reached out to the service department for a few specific technical questions, when I found Steven Paul to be very well versed in my particular model. When the deal was made, we went in to see Matt Wilde in finance, who was very helpful with that process and helped my Wife and I explore different options. I've had some not so great experiences in the past from other dealers, but Machens Capital City seems to have it together! One last thing I'd like to mention, is that the teamwork and leadership we experienced at this dealership is noticed. We will be back! More
