But I scheduled my appointment to start at 11:30 am, I arrived by 11:20 am and It took until 1:30 pm for a simple oil cha Service and pricing is fine. But I scheduled my appointment to start at 11:30 am, I arrived by 11:20 am and It took until 1:30 pm for a simple oil change package. Way too long. I asked prior to my appointment how long the service was going to take and I was told 20 - 40 minutes. More
