Service provided was a recall. The first time I set an appointment they canceled and still sent me a survey but did not fill it out. When I went out to look for it, my car was no where to be found. They had to scramble around to find who had it. I am not overly upset as I understand confusion but I was extremely underwhelmed by the professionalism and efficiency of this dealership service station. I am not sure I will return. More

I have bought 5 vehicles from Machens and financed them all with the same out of town bank. Never an issue before, but this time, they said it would be a 10 day hold on the Cashier’s Check from the bank, then I could pick up the truck. With technology today, that shouldn’t happen. No need to make folks wait to enjoy their vehicle. More
