This was the worst service I have ever had. 10/19 I brought in my vehicle in and finally finished this week 12/7/2020. Was told parts was a week out. The next week I was told the part came but the wrong part was in the box. That was a Thursday and was told they would fast track the part and should have it Monday. Called on Wednesday and I was told two to three weeks. I finally called back on the 2nd and they had the part “thinking they should have called me”. Said it would be done Friday the 4th. No call back so I called and they said Monday. Didn’t receive a call Monday so I called around 2and it was complete just had paperwork to do. I said I would be there to pick it up at 4. When I got to the facility they said all they had to do was the paperwork!!! After 45 minutes they complete. Frustrated I left and realized they didn’t put my fleet card back in my truck. After another call that I was on hold for 30 minutes I went to an answering machine and left a message. Of course no call back so I called again and was on hold for another 40 minutes before I finally talked to someone More

Horrible service and attempting to contact someone and have them get back with you is a nightmare. I was told a warranty that was purchased covered electronics however it does not and would like a refund. have them get back with you is a nightmare. Took my car in to get some recalls taken care of. Nothing but problems since I got it back. Took it back once more and got nothing but excuses. Will be using a different dealer from now on. I have had my pickup in for warranty work twice. The first time I was told I could wait while repair was performed. I ended up needing to leave it for 2 days and arrange a ride. Second time for warranty first time I was told I could wait while repair was performed. I ended up needing to leave it for 2 days and arrange a ride. Keith was very personable and made this as pleasant as could be. He tried very hard to negotiate the price of this car down for us and it did take a lot longer than we would have liked but I think we got could be.
