Great Job on My Car Service was good, but checking me in took a little longer than I expected. Only two service writers were at their desks, one was on the phone and the Service was good, but checking me in took a little longer than I expected. Only two service writers were at their desks, one was on the phone and the other didn't look like he was doing anything, but didn't help me out. When the one on the phone was done, she came over and wrote up my service request. I'm also confused about the new Ford and Lincoln points program. I have a Lincoln and so I can't add it to the Ford app on my phone, but somehow I have points on both programs, so I'm not sure how many points I have. More

Wrong viscosity oil...no follow-up received. Invoice shows wrong viscosity oil was used. I contacted service assistant and was promised they would look into it.
