Mixed feelings Jerad overall was very nice and a good salesman, but the finance guy (Bradley kellerman) and Jerads superior didn’t listen. I had to tell them (Bradl Jerad overall was very nice and a good salesman, but the finance guy (Bradley kellerman) and Jerads superior didn’t listen. I had to tell them (Bradley and superior) repeatedly that I didn’t want other services provided and I kept trying to sneak it into the paperwork so read carefully. Whether there was a lack of communication between them or not I had to explain to the finance guys that I did not want any of the extra services that they wanted to offer at least 10 times which became tedious and annoying. I understand that it’s their job to upsell and get more money but at what point do you actually listen to your customer instead of being almost obnoxiously pushy. Also be weary of your interest rates. They wanted to stick me with a 5.75% without even asking and pushed paperwork onto me until we finally talked into a 3.39% interest rate. IT REALLY ADDS UP! In the end they got my money, but only because I liked, wanted, and needed the car. More

I love Joe Machen's!! We had such a tricky situation, we had just totaled our car in the last snow storm and had not planned on buying a car until then. We met with Shawn Wagner and between him and the awesome finance guys at the front desk there we found a great deal on a car. Our credit wasn't the best and yet they were able to get us approved and with a decent rate. They were all very concerned with our needs in a car and made us feel very comfortable. After we found our car we met with Bradley Kellerman in finance and he was awesome.. He made the long process of the paperwork a little more fun. He even looked for better warranty offers for us that didn't cost anymore money. Thank you all so much. More

Only complaint I have is that I get told these used auto’s get a very strict inspection on them and I was told nothin Jordan was awesome to work with! Only complaint I have is that I get told these used auto’s get a very strict inspection on them and I was told nothing was wrong with this truck. It is a minor issue but still frustrating to know that when I got the truck home the alternator is bad and it fried the battery so now I’m stuck replacing those parts and about 350 bucks out of pocket on day one of ownership. I understand a “ buy as is policy” but don’t like being told nothing is wrong and then also having one of the sales managers even comment that like I shouldn’t have expected everything to be good with the truck! frustrated for sure about that issue. If I get told everything is ok I don’t want to have to replace parts on day 3 of ownership! More
